The room provided ample space, with many seating options and a large bathroom. I found sufficient storage, and the courtyard view ensured quiet evenings. Complimentary bottled water was supplied daily. apples and water were available in the lobby. Breakfast was good with many options.
The gym felt quite outdated and could use some refurbishment.

poor air conditioninglack of hot water
the air conditioning barely functioned in the room, rendering it uncomfortably warm. we told the reception staff, they acknowledged the problem and that other rooms suffered from this issue. there weren't any hot water for showers. the staff didn't offer a resolution so i was unsatisfied.

just okay, honestly
damaged bed framechipped cups
the air conditioning barely worked, and it was so hot i could barely sleep. i reported it, but they only said i could open the window. plus, the cups in the room were chipped and the bed frame was damaged. i expected much more for the price i paid, but these things was nice.

The gym and sauna were highlights for me , i really enjoyed those facilities. The room was also very clean , i noticed that immediately upon entering. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful , providing quick assistance and useful information.
I encountered a minor issue with the room furniture as it seemed a bit worn , specifically the bed frame had some damage. It didn't affect the functionality of the bed , but I feel some attention could be given for furniture maintenance.

The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection of items , i found plenty of choices. I appreciated the availability of freshly cooked omelettes , it was a nice addition. The option to have bucks fizz during breakfast was definitely a plus.

The hotel enjoys a superb location , close to the old town. It made exploring the city very easy , and i was able to walk to most attractions. A bus stop right outside the hotel provides convenient access to other parts of the city.
